Kynglet is built on a simple belief: lasting change begins when people recognize their own capacity to act. We create the conditions for that agency to emerge—in organizations, stories, sport, and spirited enterprise.
Kynglet evokes a “little king”: the capacity within each person to choose, act, and shape what comes next. The name also draws inspiration from the kinglet bird—a small, agile, resilient songbird. Those qualities inspire our approach: compact initiatives with the capacity to adapt, act, and grow.

34T brings films such as Wandering, A Rohingya Story, That Was Life, and Hate Songs to audiences across borders—deepening our understanding of shared humanity and individual agency.
34T takes its name from 34 Toreno Street and Spain’s +34. Thirst for Thrill—films that move us and stories that stay with us.

StarSmart is Oscar Butragueno's approach to recognizing individual strengths and turning them into shared action, applied in consulting through Koroliuk and in youth soccer through StarSmart Academy.
STAR develops each player’s distinct strengths and ability to act. SMART connects those strengths through shared decisions, movement, and mutual support—so the team becomes the star. Individual agency grows into collective agency: players achieve together and carry that capacity into their communities.
The method draws on years of practice and a roughly four-year progression through the U.S. Soccer Federation’s coaching education pathway, culminating in the B license.

His work centers on coordination, preparedness and execution: bringing people and resources together to act effectively when it matters most. His experience spans Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, South America, the Caribbean, and North America.
